A confirmation email with your tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped. This way, you can easily monitor your order's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Australian Domestic Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on Australian domestic orders only.

Standard Parcel: 4-8 business days.

Express Delivery: 1-4 business days. Shipping rate calculated during checkout.

International Orders:

For all international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on your location, selected shipping method and order total. These costs will be displayed during checkout. Shipping takes about 10-20 business days depending where you are in the world.

If your ordering internationally, you are solely responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees. These aren't part of Drafterz international delivery cost. We recommend reaching out to your country's customs office for more info about these charges. They're best equipped to assist you with any questions you might have.

Items Returned to Sender:

If a parcel is sent back to our warehouse because of inaccurate or incomplete address information, new postage fees will apply before the parcel can be resent.
